Your first size exchange is completely free. We’ll arrange pickup and deliver the replacement at no extra cost.
Easy Reverse Pickup
We'll arrange pickup within 2–3 business days wherever reverse pickup service is available.
Free Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products
Received a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item? Report it within 72 hours of delivery and we'll process the return free of charge.
₹75 Return Fee for Preference-Based Returns
A ₹75 return processing fee will be deducted only for returns due to personal preferences, such as:
- Didn't like the product
- Changed mind
- Ordered by mistake
- Style or color preference
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging.
Fast Refunds Within 5 Business Days
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Self-Ship Option
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. Shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

- Incorrect products

- Manufacturing defects

Where reverse pickup is available, pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 business days after approval.
