Prepaid Orders
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Orders below ₹999: Additional COD charge of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

Orders of ₹999 and above: COD is completely free.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities
Delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Non-Metro Cities, Towns & Rural Areas
Delivery within 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email containing your tracking details. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, address modifications may not always be possible. If you need assistance, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Refused or Undelivered Orders
If a shipment is refused, remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, Brwnbug reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges before processing any eligible refund.
